All attendees for this event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot or take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours prior to the event and provide their negative test results. Attendees for this event can upload proof of vaccination or negative test results by accessing the John Carroll Weekend Vaccination Portal.

In addition, attendees must continue to comply with Georgetown public health guidelines as they evolve, as well as CDC, local, state, and venue guidelines at the location of this event in Nashville, Tennessee. More information on how to provide proof of vaccination or PCR test will be communicated closer to the event date.

In the spirit of cura personalis, the university requires that event participants follow certain health and safety measures, which may vary depending on the nature of the event, in order to help protect the health and safety of all participants. While the university is taking steps to mitigate the risks to event participants, the university cannot guarantee a COVID-19 free environment or eliminate the chance of infection and the health risks associated with it. By participating in this event, you assume the risks involved. You may also be required to leave the event if you fail to follow the required health and safety measures.
